Return Time

Under European consumer protection legislation, you have the right to return purchased products within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

Return Initiation

To initiate a return, please write to us at contact.barely.legal@gmail.com, mentioning your full name, order number and the reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn and unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted items or gift cards.

Possible cases for Returns:

1. Size exchange/ product exchange/ you've changed your mind (no longer want the product)

If you want to exchange the product for another size, another model or simply changed your mind, return is possible, but the cost of return transportation (25 lei) will be borne by you.

Size charts are available on the website to help you make the right choice from the start.

2. Wrong or defective product

If you have received a wrong, incomplete or defective product, please attach a relevant picture in the return e-mail.

In this case, you have two options:

We return the correct product to you and the courier will collect the faulty/defective product from you - at no extra cost to you;

Or we will refund you the full amount paid within a maximum of 10 working days after receipt of the return, also at our expense.

Refunds

We will notify you after receipt and verification of the return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If it is approved, the corresponding amount will be refunded to you automatically using the original payment method within 10 working days. Note that it may take longer for your bank or credit card company to process and reflect the refund.
